Good Morning...
It's Monday morning and so far no rain....The weekend flew by. I do have to tell you about the GREATEST shrimp enchilidas in the world.. My neighbor and I go to this place at the Orange circle called " Gabbi's " Mexican Kitchen. The website is www.gabbimex.com . This place has become my FAVORITE place to go. The shrimp enchilidas have a really good green sauce over them and it almost tastes like candy. They are highly ADDICTIVE...They are so good that we went and ate there Saturday and Sunday..If you ever get down to the Orange circle you have to stop by Gabbi's..
Did anybody do anything fun over the weekend? I see Team USA has the lead in the medal count...WOO HOO... Gotta run....Have a great week.....
